✦ HOW WE WORK
The problem isn't usually where it first appears.
A problem may surface in one part of the organization while its cause, consequences, or solution live somewhere else.
That's why I don't start by deciding which box the problem belongs in. I start by figuring out what's actually happening, what else it touches, and what needs to change.
STRATEGY & DECISION SUPPORT
For decisions where the stakes are high, the information is incomplete, or the path forward is contested.
Decisions & Judgment
When the decision matters and the answer isn't obvious, I help sort through the evidence, competing priorities, assumptions, and consequences so you can see the decision you are actually making and what each path requires.
Research & Analysis
When the evidence in incomplete or the questions are complicated, I help organization make sense of the information, identify meaningful pattern, and turn research into decisions they can actually use.
Strategy & Change
When the plan looks good on paper but the organization still has to live through it. I help with strategy, restructuring, acquisitions, and significant change where how you execute matters as much as what you decide.
ORGANIZATION & WORKFORCE
For organizations where the people problem is rarely only a people problem.
ORGANIZATION DESIGN
When the organizational chart says one thing, but the work says another. I help clarify structure, roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships around how the organization actually needs to operate.
WORKFORCE SYSTEMS
When the people systems are making the work harder instead of easier. I help straighten out HR infrastructure, policies, HRIS and payroll implementation, job architecture, and the processes people actually have to use.
LEADERSHIP & CULTURE
When the leadership problem isn't solved by another leadership program. I work with executives on coaching, development, culture, succession, and the human dynamics that shape how an organization actually functions.
RISK & OPERATIONS
When operations become complicated, the consequences rarely stay confined to one department.
OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS
When everyone is working hard but the work still isn't working. I look at processes, responsibilities, and workflows to find where friction, ambiguity, or caps in execution are creating consequences.
RISK & GOVERNANCE
When nobody is quite sure who owns the risk until something goes wrong. I look at governance, controls, accountability, and decision-making to find exposure while there's still time to do something about it.
INTEGRATION & EXECUTION
When the strategy is sound, but success depends on what happens between teams. I help with cross-functional initiatives, acquisitions, implementations, and significant change where the handoffs determine whether the plan works.
✦ HOW WE WORK
In a family business, the business is never the only system at work.
Ownership, family relationships, leadership, employment, succession, governance, and history can occupy the same room. Decisions that look operational on paper may carry consequences far beyond the organizational chart.
RESEARCH-INFORMED
Doctoral research focused on workplace behavior, organizational dynamics, and decision making within family businesses.
PRACTICE-GROUNDED
My approach is grounded in real organizational experience. I understand the difference between what looks effective on paper and what works when people, competing priorities, and operational realities enter the picture.
INTEGRATION & EXECUTION
Family, ownership, management, employees, and the business itself interact. I look at how decisions move across those systems.
Family businesses don't need generic business advice with the word "family" added to it. They need someone who understands that a business decision can also be a family decision, an ownership decision, and sometimes a decision about someone's livelihood, all at the same time.
✦ START WITH THE PROBLEM
You don't need to know what to call it.
You don't need a diagnosis or a finished scope. If something is consequential, complicated, or simply not working the way it should be, that's enough to being.
Bring the problem.
We'll figure out where the work belongs.
