Serviam Veritas LLC, Serviam Offshore LLC, and Veritas Marine LLC, (collectively SV) began in 2016 as a venture to invest in and grow insurance services companies. Shortly after our creation we were requested to offer consulting services under the brand name Serviam Veritas. These services grew greater than anticipated and we found ourselves assisting a great many businesses with strategy, planning, finance, operations, marketing, and corporate culture shifts. Our expertise in consulting has grown over the years as we further developed our network of professionals. We found that our network was ready, willing, and able to meet the demands of our clients and that ultimately we had the resources needed to assist our clients in reaching their goals. As a consulting company, we specialize in goal setting and building a tactical plan to achieve these goals.

With a combination of professionals across many years, SV has managed to invest in or create professional services companies in the image of their owners and operators. These companies have led to an understanding that at the heart of our experience, the core talent is bringing the right people to the table and growing successful operations by extending opportunities to hundreds of professionals. Presently we offer services internally through our own innovation, as well as assisting our clients in talent acquisition and development. Additionally we assist our clients and partners with access to large venture capital and private equity companies that can take these well groomed and innovative companies to the heights of greatness by leveraging untapped potential. Tactical Drying

A restoration company cormed to offer emergency services to commercial and residential property owners in their time of need. Tactical Drying was formed to extend opportunities to Veterans and off duty First Responders. With a goal of offering extreme services, in extreme times, with opportunities for people devoted to the service of others. Tactical Drying is a highly successful venture bringing together the best of science and service. Founded in 2018 Tactical Drying is still creating opportunities by expanding geographically across Texas.

Tactical Construction

After operating Tactical Drying for only a year the opportunity to offer a greater array of services to our loyal customers found Tactical Construction forming organically from within. Tactical Construction was a specialty construction company in commercial and residential offering services from remodeling to new construction. After two very busy years SV exited Tactical Construction selling the business to Trident Construction LLC, a veteran owned company. This sales alignment with our mission of supporting our US Veterans was the perfect situation to make our departure and allow Trident Construction to continue the legacy of quality and service.

Go Fast Fish

Go Fast Fish was a seedling that grew to fill a void after Hurricane Harvey hit Port Aransas, Texas, The rebuilding of the community with a history of serving the leisure fishing market was well positioned. Go Fast Fish was designed to be a provider of memories that last through the test of time. With a specialty in Swordfish, Wahoo, Mahi, Grouper, and Red Snapper we bring the monsters from the deep. Go Fast Fish was also known for breaking both Gulf and Federal records in spearfishing and conventional fishing. We build a cult following of professional and armature fisherman who will forever have memories of their monster catch. Go Fast Fish was sold in 2019 and transferred to the Caribbean

La Barataria Restaurant and Wine Bar

La Barataria was one of the first investments of SV capital. La Barataria was well know for its unique and amazing French Asian Fusion. With a menu of unique and amazing entrees, fresh baked breads, and rare wines La Barataria was the place for romance in a quaint fishing village. La Barataria ultimately burned down due to an electrical fire and due to building regulations and limited space on the island it could not be resurrected in the form and fashion that created its loyal following. La Barataria was ultimately shuttered and gave birth to Montego Bay.

Montego Bay and Ziggy’s Hideout

Montego Bay and Ziggy’s Hideout rose from the ashes of La Barataria offering a uniquely Caribbean fare along with many of the La Barataria favorites in a bright and fun venue that overlooked Corpus Christi Bay along the shipping channel. The sights, sounds, and smell of saltwater made for a high end venue that was beyond compare. SV exited the investment after helping the new restaurant to become established under the new brand.

1043 Holding LLC

1043 Holdings is a Florida based limited liability corporation that hold various private insurance service companies. 1043 Holdings is an investment and operating company that develops companies by combining complimentary professionals to meet the emerging needs in the state of Florida and across the United States. SV has presently exited this investment but is actively seeking new investments in Florida and the South Eastern United States.
